This endpoint issues a new URL for the existing general share link, leaving the password and expiry untouched. The previous URL stops resolving immediately.
A revoked link cannot be rotated and returns a 409 Conflict; regenerate it instead.
If no share link exists, a 404 Not Found error is returned.
