occurrence; otherwise it resolves to the current month.

The recipient used to resolve recipient variables. Optional; a sample recipient is used when omitted.
Distinct from Wm.Beast.Deliverable.Packages.DeliverableTemplate.Packages.DeliverableSchedule.Controller.Public.ScheduleSendTest.Request.TestEmail, which receives the test email.
