Add Hardware lifecycle report recipient

Add a recipient to a client hardware lifecycle report. Unlike a custom scheduled report, the recipient is a client contact and is created on the client if that email address is not already a contact.

Email address the report is sent to. This is the recipient identity: if the client has no contact
with this address, one is created, and removing the recipient is keyed by this address.

first_name

Optional given name recorded on the client contact. Omit both names to add the recipient by
their email address alone, which is then how they are addressed.

last_name

Family name recorded on the client contact.
