Deprecated compatibility operation. Returns the first linked ticket state, ordered by ticket-link identifier, or 404 when no ticket is linked. Use GET /lifecycle-manager/v1/initiatives/{initiative_id}/tickets to retrieve all links. No retirement date is announced.
