The type of Lifecycle Manager record associated with the comment.

Identifier of the record to comment on. For HardwareAsset this is the Core hardware asset id; for Goal, Initiative, Meeting, Agreement, and Task it is that resource's own identifier; for Contact it is the Core contact id once one exists and the Lifecycle Manager contact id otherwise, and both keep resolving once a Core id is stamped.
