Returns the insights applicable to the requested client, or the full account when no client filter
is supplied, flattened across their categories (High-risk, Hardware modernization, Software modernization,
Warranty coverage, Backup monitoring, Windows 11 upgrades, Security, and user-defined). Each entry includes
the current broken-asset count, risk level, category metadata, asset scope, and (when available) a 30-day trend value.
