List Insights

Returns the insights applicable to the requested client, assigned users' clients, clients matching the
segment, vertical or access group filters, or full account,
flattened across their categories (High-risk, Hardware modernization, Software modernization,
Warranty coverage, Backup monitoring, Windows 11 upgrades, Security, and user-defined). Each entry includes
the current broken-asset count, risk level, category metadata, asset scope, and (when available) a 30-day trend value.

filter[client.id]

The unique Core identifier of the client whose insights should be returned. When omitted, insights cover the full account.

filter[assigned_user_id]

The assigned account-team user whose clients should be included. Uses the same eq:/in: syntax as initiative filters.

filter[client.segment_id]

array of strings

Narrows results to clients in any supplied segment. Repeat eq: for each segment, or use in: with a
comma-separated list. Use null:true to match clients with no segment; combined with ids it matches either.

Narrows results to clients in any supplied vertical. Repeat eq: for each vertical, or use in: with a
comma-separated list. Use null:true to match clients with no vertical; combined with ids it matches either.

Narrows results to clients in any supplied client access group. Repeat eq: for each group, or use in: with
a comma-separated list. Use null:true to match clients with no access group; combined with ids it matches
either.
