Returns the full set of insights applicable to the caller's account, flattened across
their categories (High-risk, Hardware modernization, Software modernization, Warranty coverage,
Backup monitoring, Windows 11 upgrades, Security, and user-defined). Each entry includes the
current broken-asset count, risk level, category metadata, asset scope, and (when available) a
30-day trend value.
