This endpoint updates an existing deliverable with the provided fields. Only the fields provided in the request body will be updated. All fields are optional to support partial updates.
When updating sections:
- Sections with an 'id' are updated
- Sections without an 'id' are created as new sections
- Existing sections not included in the request remain unchanged
