Product APIs and subscriptions

Your ScalePad account must be subscribed to a paid product to access our public APIs. A subscription to any paid ScalePad product unlocks access to the Core, Quoter, and Control Map APIs. The Lifecycle Manager API has a higher subscription requirement.

Available APIs

Core API
Shared foundational resources used across all ScalePad products — clients, contacts, members, hardware assets, SaaS assets, opportunities, service contracts, tickets, and integration configurations.
Quoter API
Quoting catalog and quote data — items, item groups, item options, categories, manufacturers, suppliers, quotes, quote templates, line items, and supplier datafeeds.
Control Map API
Multi-client compliance health and risk metrics — compliance health scores, evidences, evidence requests, risk assessments, action items, and document management.
Lifecycle Manager API
Strategic IT planning — initiatives, goals, meetings, action items, notes, contracts, hardware lifecycles, and assessment templates with cross-linking support.

How it works

When you subscribe to any paid ScalePad product:

1
Core, Quoter, and Control Map API access
You immediately gain access to all three APIs, regardless of which specific product you subscribed to.
2
Lifecycle Manager API access
Requires an active Lifecycle Manager Pro or higher subscription. This is the only API with a tier requirement above a standard paid plan.
The Core API is included with every paid subscription and provides the shared data — such as clients, contacts, and assets — that underpins all other ScalePad product APIs.
